Traffic diversion at Persiaran Kewajipan

KUALA LUMPUR, 8 NOVEMBER 2013 – Puchong-bound traffic plying Persiaran Kewajipan in Subang Jaya will be diverted to the inner road in front of Sekolah Wawasan to allow works on the light rail transit Line Extension Project (LEP).

Part of the Persiaran Kewajipan, namely a section of the two lanes heading towards Puchong near the Sekolah Wawasan area, will be closed on Saturday night (9 November 2013) from 10pm to 5am the next day.

LEP works at part of Persiaran Kewajipan

KUALA LUMPUR, 17 October 2013 – A section of Persiaran Kewajipan in Subang Jaya, spanning from the Persiaran Perpaduan to the Persiaran Murni traffic light junctions, will be partially closed from 12:00 midnight to 5:00am to make way for the construction of the Line Extension Project (LEP).

The works, involving the installation of U-beams for the LRT guideways there, will commence for two days from 19 October to 20 October 2013.

Closure of some NKVE lanes for LEP works

Several lanes at KM13.30 of the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) will be closed for several hours from 10 October 2013 to 15 November 2013 to accommodate works to construct guideway spans for the light rail transit (LRT) under the Line Extension Project (LEP).

The working hours have been scheduled from 10:00pm to 5:00am, and appropriate signage will be installed starting from KM 16 (Klang-bound) and KM 12.6 (KL-bound) of the expressway to remind road users to remain cautious when plying the area.

Temporary Closure of Slip Road At KM21.0 (Northbound) On Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) For LRT Works

KUALA LUMPUR, 03 October 2013 -- Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad (Prasarana) would like to inform LDP users that the two lanes slip road, heading towards Bandar Sunway from Puchong/Putrajaya will be closed in stages to facilitate the construction of LRT Line Extension Project (LEP).

The two lanes are located at KM21.0 near the Naza KIA Service Centre in Puchong.

Stage one of the works starts from 8 October - 10 Oct. 2013 from 12:00am to 5:00am, while the Stage two of work starts from 21 October – 22 October 2013 from 12.00 am to 5.00am.

LEP works at NKVE postponed to a later date

KUALA LUMPUR, 12 September 2013 – Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad has temporarily  deferred, until further notice, part of the Line Extension Project (LEP) works at KM13.5 of the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE).

Prasarana regrets the inconvenience caused and will update the public on the matter once more details are available.

Crawler crane damages car

Kuala Lumpur, 17 August 2013 - Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad (Prasarana) regrets to inform that a crawler crane belonging to one of the contractors for the LRT Line Extension Project (LEP) Kelana Jaya Line collapsed at about 5.45pm today, damaging a car parked along USJ 2/3 Subang Jaya.

 

Prasarana has commenced full investigation into the incident and would provide a post mortem report to the Department of Occupational Safety and Health, Ministry of Human Resources upon completion of the investigation.

Temporary closure of Jalan Damai-Persiaran Kewajipan traffic light junction at USJ 20

KUALA LUMPUR, Saturday, 27 July 2013 - THE traffic light junction, where Jalan Damai and Persiaran Kewajipan crossed at USJ 20 in Subang Jaya, will be temporarily decommissioned for seven nights between 11pm and 6am for the installation of segmental box girders (SBG) as part of the LRT Line Extension Project (LEP).

Part of Bukit Jalil Highway fast lane closed for LEP works

Effective 30 January 2013, a section of the Bukit Jalil Highway fast lane, heading towards Puchong from Seri Petaling/Astro, will be closed from 11:00 pm to 5:00am for approximately one year. 

A roundabout to ease traffic movement of Subang Jaya

KUALA LUMPUR, Tuesday, 9 July 2013 – The traffic light junction where Persiaran Jengka and the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) crossed in Subang Jaya will be converted into a signalized roundabout from this Friday (12 July 2013) to facilitate construction works for the light rail transit (LRT) Line Extension Project (LEP).
